Helping students on their future study and career planning is one of Haileybury’s most important concerns. On October 19th, Ms. Alison Fankhauser, the career counselor of Haileybury College, visited Haileybury International School and made presentation to all Year 12 students. Ms Alison Fankhauser helped students to make plan for Australian university application and their future career development.

每个人必须通过VTAC官网才能申请奖学金
只有在VTAC上申请了课程，才能收到ATAR高考成绩单
申请课程：到VTAC官网，选择3个IFP项目的课程；最多可申请12门自己喜欢的课程
申请号码：VCAC号码或VTAC号码以及email号码
必需输入一个澳大利亚地址、常用邮箱（避免使用Hotmail邮箱）
申请截止日期：9月30日
Offer发放时间：2016年12月21日至2017年1月9日（邮件发放）
Offer申请费用：邮件费用为29澳币（Paypal、借记卡、信用卡支付），如需单独邮寄的话，需另付35澳币。

To receive an ATAR statement, need to apply for courses viaVTAC
Online www.vtac.edu.au, lists of courses code ending in 3 (IFP)
Apply for up to 12 courses (Preferences)
Need VCAA number/ VTAC number emailed ID?
Applications close on September 30th
International offers via email from December.12th to January.9th

补充高考成绩与大学录取的关系
澳洲公立大学分成三级排名，澳洲8大名校对ATAR的分数要求在85分以上；第二梯队大学对ATAR的分数要求为75分以上；第三梯队对ATAR的分数要求在65分以上。

The Group of Eight require ATAR over 85, the Second Tier universities require ATAR over 75, andthe Third Tier universities require ATAR over 65.If you missed your preferred university, study a less preferred course first to gain enter into your first choice!
